San Rafael puede ser el próximo objetivo de un desafío legal que exige que la ciudad cambie de elecciones generales para escaños del Concejo Municipal a elecciones distritales a fin de evitar lo que el desafiante potencial llama "votación racialmente polarizada".

San Rafael to review options for shift to district elections

San Rafael officials, facing threat of a potential multimillion dollar lawsuit compelling them to switch to district elections, said this week they will take up the issue again at the next City Council meeting.
